Hilary Duff:Through a mutual friend at a concert. Joel put me on the spot in front of a bunch of people and asked for my number. I wasn't going to be rude and say no. Then he took my phone and put his number in it. He called that night, and I was like, "I'm not gonna answer the phone!"
